Elizabeth Reaser was born and lived in Michigan, USA. She is an American television and film actor. Elizabeth was raised and born in Michigan, US. In her youth she developed a love for acting. Following her high-school education, she joined the drama department at Juilliard School and graduated with an education in the fine arts. Her debut on TV was a guest performance in The Sopranos. Then, she starred in successful TV series like The Jury Hack and Standoff. Her professional career began after she got the role in the role of Alice Alden, in the show Saved (2006). The following years, she played major roles in TV shows like Greys Anatomy, The Good Wife as well as True Detective. She appeared in films like Liberal Arts, One and Two and the entirety of five episodes in The Twilight Saga.

Jessica always had an interest in film and television industries. Jessica began her modeling career. In Australia, a casting director looked for models to interviewed. She landed the role of "Kiki" in the film Lightning Point/Alien surf Girls. Since then, she has played small roles such as Peter Pan or Aquamarine. She played Cleopatra on the Netflix Roman Empire's 2nd season. She appeared as Cleopatra in the second season of the Netflix original show, Roman Empire. Jessica landed a worldwide search to be the main character on The Outpost. She submitted a tape of herself to the producers which contained her acting as well as a tape of her performing MMA. They were curious if she could do sword-fighting in the following day, so she uploaded a video of her sword-fighting. Jessica was able to read the script, and was aware that the character would need weapons training. She recorded her first training session with a professional after having read the script. Jonathan Glassner said that the stunt team was amazed by how Jessica fared in her first lesson. This was Jessica's first US-based principal film part, as previous films were located in Australia. Jessica's skills in mixed martial arts, weapons and horse riding, along with her ability to perform stunts, allow her the opportunity to play an impressive female character. In Australia she learnt muay Thai along with boxing. On set, filming Season 4, Jake Stormoen was greeted by a dog that was wandering around the set. The one dog turned out to belong to the litter of puppies, who had taken housing in the sets. Jessica took in two of the puppies.
